PS: "Indians" submitting stolen credit cards to get $200 PPS programs is not that better, each chargeback is $25 fee extra to refunded amount, and oftne is notified a month after the payout is made to the "Indian". Time is money even for "Indians" and 10 tabs open with video going make the pc useless for other things. Just one thing, are we sure it is only "Indians" willing to do the above, and not also some Amerindians?
