So the case for Tubes.
(A) They are dead easy to put up or get someone else's pre-made Tube and use that.
(B) Dead easy to submit content to.
(C) Dead easy to say an unknown uploader uploaded pirated content.
(D) Allows you to give away tons of free porn for very little cost and sell ad space or traffic.
(E) FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE IT'S THE ONLY GAME LEFT IN TOWN. 
Now that will be a nice in for all the trolls to tell me how they are making $1,000s everyday by blogging or their Tubes convert 1-100. And not provide a link or a clue if it's true.
