I don't think there's anything that can be 100% perfect, though. There has to be minor discrepancies in everyone's returns -- especially a business. I haven't been through an audit myself, but I know people who have and they've told me that little mistakes will slide. They're just looking to snag the major offenders who think they're getting away with something.
The government is ripping us all off anyway, but it's not worth it to try to get over on the system. That shit will catch up with you eventually.
