I want to see PROOF that ILLEGAL charges were made to a credit card. Show me that person did not click on any upgrades or miss any cross sales. Prove to me that the person only signed up to that one site, didn't make any upgrades or miss any cross sales, and then canceled his card.

This is sooooo easy to prove. There should be video evidence of the entire sign up process. There should be video evidence of logging in, looking at content, then leaving and canceling. THEN show the extra charges on the bill. As much as you have been on their nuts, I know you must have recorded this whole process so you can bust them, right? Lets see it.

If 1000s of people got their card banged, at least ONE person did this, right? Just to catch them and out them, I'm sure someone did. Show it to me. Just one.

If you can't then it is YOU who are the liar because you have no proof other than hearsay, which does not hold up in a court of law. And I'm not going to crucify someone unless I can prove it.
