Watching this YT video you can hear the same thing happen.
Back then Madonna ruled the world and to this day that is one of my favorite concert experiences. She did well in the half time show but lost her footing a few times. Some of it was a bit pushed like " look at me I'm over 50 and can still do a cartwheel " but towards the end she seemed to find her groove. While she is still productive I'd say she is past her prime. I'm just thankful I was there when she was on top

Thank you very much for the excellent feedback

Awesome that you were 6 rows back. Her stage makeup is just excellent on video. In real life it must have been something else. She was looking very pretty then.
You know that whole routine was just drilled in to her and yet, one mistake and it's off. Like when she puts the mic back in the mic stand towards the end. The way she counts the step to the tip of the stage.
You can just see the fire and drive in her and it is a beautiful thing to see someone achieve such heights with a dream, a ton of rehearsal and nerves of steel when it is time.
You can imagine how you would feel if you were her just before she went on and the crowd was buzzing. Must have beeen an awesome rush. Yet as she is doing it there is not much time to think. She could only live it and do it as rehearsed. Perfectly.
I love it
Sigh, yeah the whole crowd noise in the background in these huge indoor arenas is awesome.
