Well it's definitely possible to pay 100% if you're profiting from exit consoles, emails, upsells, cross sales, selling member info, banging cards, etc... Emails might be pretty much dead, but any program owner still knows the value of consoles. Hell, 12clicks entire program is based on cross sales (pre-checked cross sales are "like shitting cash from your ass!") and that sex toy todd guy who died not so long ago certainly didn't do so bad from upsells.
My issue is with 100% revshare, point being how the fuck can 100% i.e. all-or-nothing be "shared" in any way. 100% to tard A and 0% to tard B is not any kind of fucking share.
