Unbiased news is state run news?
Really?
ALL NEWS
EVERYWHERE IS BIASED.
Cultural bias
Political bias
Biased view points that are designed inflame opinion to be sell advertising
Biased views that pander to the reader/subscriber/viewer base
Liberal bias where writing and reporting is a creative art more often pursued by liberal minds
... the list of what is "biased" in news reporting can go on forever.
All news is entertainment that targets its own audience and designed to sell advertising.
All news is a business driven by advertising revenue... not Pulitzer Prizes. Unfortunate that so few understand that while standing on their soap box bashing others. Al Jazeera isn't an objective news source anymore than BBC or CNN is. All are designed to cater to their base with views and opinions and stories and viewpoints that are going to be well received by their base.
I read this and to me, its just an example European arrogance and ignorance. Your news is better than US news? Again, implying an entire nation is stupid.
Wow.
