Our video machine has a separate 120 gig NTFS drive just for rendering videos, plus the original FAT32 drive. You can add a second drive like we did, partition the drive into two different file systems using a program like Partition Magic 7.0 (about $50, I think), or convert your existing drive to a NTFS system. If you're going to do larger video files, you're definitely going to want the NTFS file system eventually. This page on Microsoft.com explains the differences between the file systems:
