So the first signup amount goes 100% to the affiliate, then comes normal rebills after that. And considering that they offer $1 trials which then rebills in a day, two or three, it really doesn't cost mcuh to promotoe by giving away the initial signup amount.

Of course the affiliate could be lucky and get someone who signup for 90 days at some $60, that would sure enough be nice. But more likely you will get more $1 trial signups than 90 days members.
