Simple solution hard to do:
Adult webmasters start buying stocks of any smaller CC company (card blache comes in mind or some company similar that has infrastructure in place already). When the adult webmasters together reach over 50 percent they force adult acceptance. Put a approved immideately link on your sites and let them sign up for that card. After pushing the card on adult sites you go to walmart and other companies and tell them look we got 1 million card holders and you don't accept our cards? I bet they will start accepting it pushing it even more.
I think many people would prever a card that can be used for everything and not some card that can't
