The people who are buying 3m shares a day don't think that way. They just look at the facts. The company has good revenue and is a top one or two in its space, both good things. It has a large affiliate network and brand recognition, again, good things. It can't make a profit because it owes a large amount and spends too much, very bad things. It took steps to address the expenses, potentially a good thing. The stock "shot up" to only 75% down from its IPO price.
It went down to operating free cash flow, at $1, and that is a good defensive position for any stock. If there are numerous shorts (and that seems to be the case) they may be covering as well.
If they addressed the debt in an intelligent way they would probably get anther pop.
