Google Wave was pretty cool for that with no excessive stuff like others. LOL take a look - task font is just too small in others and it gets lost with unnecessary things they provide.

Well in that case i would recommend to use jira/confluence combo from
http://www.atlassian.com/ ,there was already thread about this and most of people recommend to use jira/confluence,i tried it by myself and it remind a lot to google wawe it's just much better.
