Some sponsors use 3rd party payment systems. So the fees are offsetting the cost.

DTI Cash does not charge for sending affiliate checks BTW

don't do mainstream so genuine question - do they offer 50% revenue on sales, whether sole purchase items, or recurring etc on well, anything that is subscription based, and/or 10x CPA payouts?

Just wondering if that's why they don't charge the $2 check fee, being that they offer 5 - 30% or so, from what very little I've seen?

only place ive been charged to get my earning is adult

No, but they do offer CPA lead model much more than in adult and that's what most profitable, not sales or rev share (in case of sponsor decides to go away some day);)

much more, as in in more instances? So a $1 purchase price lead pays 30x that amount?

Actually I don't know why I got involved in a thread bitching about a $2 fee to get a check that obviously has to be physically produced and sent. I'm out
