Pulling a webcam pic of some random girl and comparing it to actually being there, recruiting girls and shooting videos are 2 very different things. Every single girl 15 and older in the Philippines has a facebook account and posts all kinds of pics, wanting everyone to see (or think) they're sexy. Very few actually perform on camera though.
