I would also pass on Bogota.
Cartegena is nice for screwing whores but the beach is not that nice. However, the old walled city is
very charming and is nice to check out and have dinner in the square. But if it's a boys trip, you'll have a good time here. Lots of girls.
For beaches, if you're in Cartegena, hit the The Rosario Islands, Isla de Tierrabomba or a 3rd one that I can't remember the name of right now that is further out.
