well i found the original source. a flyer handed out to internet cafes warning that some suspected terrorists will use cash to pay for their internet time.
well, that is true. plenty of terrorist suspects have used internet cafes for their relative anonymity. it has nothing to do with "coffee." the article posted is bullshit.
