err, there MUST be a way to fill the slammers ... for someones profit of coz ... wasnt there a post about prisons and profit? ... and i remember a report where in a county the sheriff, judge and jail owners banked big time by arresting people for just pissing outdoors and such ... you are close to it - HEIL!
