Putin was not arrested, the video is fake but very, very well done. Read on more credible news sites and you'll see that it was uncovered as a fake many hours ago. It's still unclear who produced it and even more so released it. It is probably a part of the upcoming presidential election campaign coming up in Russia where Putin will run again.
