I haven't seen him here much lately. The pirates are under attack lately more than ever. He must be very busy.
He's probably off DDOSing Sony or something constructive like that with Anonymous.
Until then, do what most of the intelligent people here do, and ignore him and his insistent views on the value of other people's property, and the Internet in general.
All you have to do is not read what drivel he writes. Kid is completely lost. Obsessed even. Once you start seeing him for the ignorant child that he is, you won't be upset for him. You'll start to feel sorry for him. All misguided youngsters need is some lessons taught to them. One day this kid will have something happen to him that will change his views on life.
