IMHO Flash videos are useless in the current state of play. Nobody can watch them on an iPad, the Flash installed userbase shrinks every day.
Flash should be deprecated from existing sites over time and replaced with HTML5 or MP4.
Hosting videos on your own site is always better in any case.
