A good dialogue up front and then the ability to run with the project, however big or small, and use solid skills as well as good judgement to deliver.
I just get overwhelmed sometimes and really am looking for someone who can help me develop the projects and see the finish line, project after project.

There are some good people here for that. It would also fit our team well, probably, if you want quality. I think often the best results come from a more experienced software engineer guiding a competent coder and that's what we often do. I look at the project, discussing the actual business goals with you, then suggest to Elias how it could be done, then he codes the details while I'm sitting next to him. That way you have an experienced person making sure the best approach is used, and a less expensive person handling the mundane details.
Ali handles billing and certain routine code jobs, like encryption upgrades, product installs, etc. so that Elias and I can focus on programming. That way you're not paying a qualified programer to do the bookkeeping on the contract.
Historically, clients have always been very happy with what we deliver, while Elias is helping us deliver it FASTER because I get busy and don't always get things done quickly. In the six months or so Elias has been with us, turnaround times have improved because I don't have to find the hours to devote to details. We could still improve on that, though.
