Honestly who cares about Alec Baldwin's performance in this movie? Sure its good but you really need to watch the whole movie - ALL the performances in this movie (Glenn Gary Glenn Ross) are excellent.

A movie similar to this one is Boiler Room. Not nearly as strong, but a good movie about a similar subject.
