Hmm, thanks for the tip. They are trying to defraud gringos? That would not be a surprise, they always are trying to squeeze you in every way possible to get your money.
Even the rental condo I have here told me "We will keep $300.00 from your deposit since you smoked in your unit"... Hell I never, EVER smoked in my whole life! I was so upset.
