I'm surprised you don't know more about the products you sell. Batteries themselves do not explode but when you have a lithium ion go into meltdown mode they produce a lot of gas in a very short time. If the batteries are enclosed with nowhere to vent you have a full fledged pipe bomb. There have been other reports of this happening with ecigs and it seems metal tube mods with stacking batteries have the most problems, but it can happen with an 808 or 501 ecig just as well.
