Show is exaggerated and probably "based on real situations."
Just like South Beach Tow. Real company with real people. Except a guy that was running for mayor of Miami beach played a "disgruntled LA business man." When the media called out TruTV they said "some things are re-enacted, but everything is based on real situations." So real people doing fake things.
Speaking of reality TV, South Beach Tow is a little over the top on the fake drama, but I love it.
