Ring, means commitment, so unless you plan on marrying her, no ring.
Bracelet, these are always good, don't get a corny charm bracelet.
Earrings, these are good but don't pick anything too dangly unless you know thats what she likes.

Nice, I was kind of hoping for more specifics though. Like a heart necklace? Or flower earrings?
