Why Rackshack sucks

I get outage alerts from both my monitoring software and theirs. I have their monitoring software set to notify them when the server is down, so I don't have to bother with it if I don't want. However, they don't seem to care. I have an email history of:

Our monitoring software has been unable to connect to your server for the last few minutes.
It is possible that your server may have a problem. If you are unable to resolve this
situation, feel free to contact our technical support team regarding the issue.

I opened a trouble ticket with them after I realized nothing was ever going to happen with the server on 6/12 at 2:09:51pm and they didn't respond to it until 6/13 9:42:43am. Important to note that they responded to it saying:

"We do not show any trouble tickets that your server was down or non operational for those 5 days so therefore there will be no refunds or credits issued for time down if you wish to cancel the server please go to the rackshack.net members section and submit a cancel services ticket, this is the only way we may cancel a server."

AND THE SERVER IS STILL DOWN!
