And it requires movement to wind itself up. Needless to say I need to have sex a lot to keep it telling good time. However, recently the wife has said she doesn't care if my watch loses time, and isn't using that as an excuse any more.

I've heard the self-windup ones also exist for arm wear. I need to get one of those and wear on my right arm, because GFY is no longer an atomic clock.
