In Germany they have already announced to go after the premium users of kino.to - which was btw largely based on megaupload links
it was a german site - run by german citizens - thats probably why it wasnt talked much about on here, but about 10-15 people have been arrested for running kino.to or uploading content for them. and a couple have been already sentenced.
