Nobody forces you to use TTT.
Needless to say that if you use the script that evolved by a CLEAR
violation of the license......means that YOU will violate the license
aswell.

The license was not violated in any way whatsoever. This is new code, and everything has been looked over and ok'd by not one lawyer, but two...so your arguement is null and void.
