First encounter.. 2002..
Friday.. 4:00 pm. I am at the community mailboxes. He drives up just off work from the printing press shit job to get his mail.

He comes around, I say, "hi" he says, "nothing" grabs his mail is right back in his car in a flash (goes around me) and floors it, squeeling out and quickly doing 60mph in a 10 mph zone over speed bumps with kids, dogs, cats anything could have been killed.
He is trying to give me a message I guess. He doesnt like me.
Right then I knew I had an angry nut job on my hands. The guy fucken hates me. Why? In two years I would be on my back in the middle of the street. That story has been told..
So like a bastard he remains obcessed with me.
He only open his drapes, viewing the road and me across the road, two inches so he can watch my every move all day....
He is the nut case my friends.
I put up with it since 1999. Time the world knows.
