Absolutely! As for solutions, my best one is not always possible. I just try to avoid those types of people, but if you're sitting next to one at work or living nextdoor to them; it's easier said than done. The main problem you have is that even when you're not around them, they're still existing in your head, again easier said than done, but if you cannot move away, perhaps you can target their presence in your mind, finding ways to stop thinking about them; that would be over half of the problem dealt with
