I would prob have made it but he saved me maybe $100-200 in bank fees. So there are some good guys reading and all types of course.
Good point. I looked in the local court docket here and I see two guys are being evicted by the park prob due to non payment of rent for months.
Would you go in front of a judge and say. "your honor we want to evict him after 24 years because his little kitty ran across the street"
