They never say it's due to watermark, the rejection emails usually contain a list of what they like to see and what they don't. However I accidentally submitted a few with no watermarks,which never got deleted.
I just wish I could submit to all those webmaster friendly sites with a submit tool, local bandwidth won't allow manual uploads without going above thresh of metered bandwidth with my canadian ISP. Then watermarks won't matter so much.
