It is a bit weird. That is the whole point. The guy has been an asshole over my cats for years.

I mainly want to avoid the 4th eviction notice from this asshole complaining about my cat. Or the future, if my cat runs over there again which someday he will.

But I will take one if it means Buddy runs free.
