One of these retailers sells on to a friend for $120, this friend then opens an amazon store and resells on there for $170. He's now undercutting your entire retail network and also, reselling in an unauthorised capacity since he is not part of your retail network.

We have a MAP agreement with our distributors and in the agreement they aren't allowed to sell below the MAP unless we're running a brand-wide promotion. We control all amazon and ebay sales. I realize it's not difficult to just manually search these sites each day, was just looking to see if there was a decent spider out there that could ease on the manual burden once we've got a line of products.
