You should be able to sovle this easily enough without panic.
get the flash utility for your motherboard and the newest bios. Unhook ur HD (just to be safe), boot and flash. Any corruption the capture card caused will be gone and as a bonus, your motherboard will be updated.
Hook the HD back up and fire it up.
