It's not your job to convert traffic into paying custom, that's the job of the site.
It's quite simple: You send traffic, and if that traffic is interested in the site, they will sign up; if not, they won't, so you pick a different site. If you find that no webcam site converts, then you have people who aren't interested in webcams, so you try and sell them something other than webcams.
