Tim Youngs, a UK/Russian based guy, supposedly a website developer / designer, owes me $25,000 plus change..... Not a dispute over services, just straight up theft.
Actually if anyone can find him, I would pay a substantial fee. Hell if you helped me get it back I would gladly give you half, just on principle.
