Choker sells traffic not sales.
as far as i know chocker has never advetised or made claims or any sales ratios to any of the traffic he sells...
in laymans terms look at it like a highway :
just because 100,000 people drivredown that highway everyday doesnt mean your halfass tuneup tire shop is going to get customers...all he is providing is the cars driving down the road..not the suckers who stop and buy your overpiced used tires.
