I have to disagree with you, every time I opened an URGENT ticket I was ALWAYS answered in less than 1 hour.
Today I opened a LOW priority ticket and as you can see in these screen shots it was pretty fast. The first reply took about 1 hour but remember it was a LOW priority ticket because it was not really a problem, I just needed help with some email account stuff.
