I don't know your experience, I guess it must have been extremely traumatic seeing how you're going out of place just to post negative comments. But still, when everybody BUT YOU has the same opinion... shouldn't you consider your situation was/is just an exception? btw, if you go to
https://support.amerinoc.com/ and you just click on that nifty button that says "LIVE SUPPORT ONLINE" you might get surprised at the fact that they actually have LIVE support. But again, I won't say you're lying, but either way it's YOU AND ONLY YOU the one not seeing that and telling otherwise.
Anyway, I'm not an Amerinoc representative nor anything close to it, I just wrote this post to show my appreciation for the work they took to solve a very weird issue. They even fixed scripts, which is going way out of duty if you ask me, they even bugged me to send them more info when I was just about to give up. That is called pride in what they do, it's that "I'll make this work or die" spirit which barely exists anymore nowadays. So yes, I'm happy. You might have grudges with them. So be it. But as you can see, you're just the exception that confirms the rule
