Those videos were about people (some of them are not even Russian citizens) that were given fake papers to vote for a "right" candidate in many places in a row (yes, one person - many votes) for some money of course. This is a very common scheme in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Everything was many times filmed so it's not a secret here.
