Are we assuming that the guy has done this since they were dating or something and she's totally into him so puts up with it? That's a big leap to take from 1 video of some jerk off punching a woman in front of children. Not to mention the language and general fighting they're both engaged in also evidently in front of children. Basically the video is just sad to watch.
If he had a right to property in his mind, he was supposed to have called a cop to come and either escort him while he removed his property, or made a report. She would then have been responsible for it's safekeeping until judge judy ruled on who owns it.
