If you don't know the difference between an end-user licensing agreement and the type that allows you to resell, you're going to have some serious legal problems on your hands.

You bought Microsoft Windows 7. You think you can go and resell it now?

How about that movie you just downloaded from iTunes? People are doing some long prison sentences for reselling content they weren't licensed to sell, in addition to paying hefty fines.
