Paul, people don't have a sig because they don't want the GFY populace blowing up their shit, copying their landing pages, playing internet investigator and causing problems, and a number of other reasons not to expose your business to the idiots on here. This is a place to take a break and have fun for many. If they need to get in touch with people to talk business for whatever reason they will do it through the email/icq/aim/skype/etc provided in a reply, thread, or sig. Not in a public post airing all their business. And surely not on GFY of all places.
Edit: I forgot, this is another one you don't understand: just because someone has a website linked in their sig, that does not mean it is the only business they do online. Surely far from it. I could link to one of my domains on 'hostedtube' if that makes you feel better? But that isn't even what I do online. Understand?
