Just wondering what you pay the girls or trannies, and how often (or if) you do HIV testing. Not doing the HIV testing sounds insane, but it's a foreign country so hey what do I know.

I may be moving to Thailand sometime in the next 6 months and I'm starting to wonder if it's worth pursuing!
