The level of abuse here is slipping so much.
Here's the truth.
If sponsor or "whale" had waved enough money in front of any offline shooter he would of changed camps or had a foot in each one. We're all about money. If any online shooter could of earned $3,000 a set non exclusive consistently on his work he would of changed camps or had a foot in each one.
Could Roald of ever waved enough money in front of a good shooter to make him change camps or or have a foot in each one?
Could he with all his skills driving traffic, partnered with a good shooter and made enough money to keep the shooter happy?
If he could of, why didn't he?
Interesting questions. He will no doubt come up with lots of excuses. Couldn't be bothered, was earning too much doing what he was doing, didn't have the skills. All excuses that in business, well a proper business, would get laughed at.
I can't program, so employed a programer in the end we had 3. No one ever thinks WTF did we need 3 programmers for, go figure it out.
I could edit reel to reel and have learned to use a program. Didn't have time before, so I employed an editor.
Didn't want to sit on a computer correcting and sorting images, so employed someone to do it.
Didn't want to jump up and shoot every time a model walked through the doors or go to Prague on castings or do make up, or get the studio ready, or do a number of other jobs. I employed people to do it.
If I wanted to develop into another area to make more money. I didn't make excuses, I employed people.
All it takes to grow a business, is the talent to run one, the business skills and money.
