He obviously judged Bill because Bill was black and poor, but if someone judged Colton on his sexuality, it'd be the end of the fucking world.

I think Colton pretty much explained himself at the last tribal:

Jeff: "How do you have African Americans in your life?"

Colton: "My servants..." (followed by an arrogant smile and chuckle)
