I know the site in question, this was a regular gay tube site, and gay tube sites typically have alot more active communities in terms of amateur user uploads in comparison to straight sites. This was not a CP site by any means...if it was, I would understand the action completely. I'm sure CP has been uploaded to youtube, flickr, imgur, etc tens of thousands of times.
Besides that, ton's of webmasters I know get emails like "Hey my boyfriend filmed this can you take it down? i was only 16 when he did it..." etc, and many of those emails are BS with the model having second thoughts about her porn career.
